About SDI Steels
SDI STEELS is a Raipur, Chhattisgarh-based trading company and contract manufacturer of wire and fencing products. We connect quality-conscious buyers — contractors, agriculture enterprises, infrastructure projects and retailers — with reliable supply of GI wire, binding wire, barbed wire, HB wire, chain link fence, welded wire mesh, stay wire, PVC coated wire and concertina wire.
We work two ways. As a trading company, we source against your specification and connect you with the right supply. As a contract manufacturer, we have production run to specification — under our own SDI STEELS brand, or under your label. Both run across all our wire and fencing lines, domestically across India and on export enquiry.

Importing from India
Traded to the UAE, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Ghana, Oman and Nepal, with enquiries welcome from importers anywhere. HS codes, export documentation, packing and Incoterms are all set out before you write to us.

Hot dip or cold dip galvanized?
Hot dip passes the wire through molten zinc for a thick, long-lived coating — typically 25–70 GSM — and is the choice for anything outdoors. Cold dip deposits a thinner, brighter, very even layer, better suited to sheltered or finish-critical work. Hot dip for service life, cold dip for appearance.
What gauge do I need?
SWG counts down as the wire thickens: 8 SWG is 4.06 mm, 14 SWG is 2.03 mm, 20 SWG is 0.91 mm. Send us either the gauge or the millimetre figure — whichever your specification uses — and we will match it.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish a fixed minimum. What is workable depends on the product, the gauge and the destination. Send the quantity you actually need and we will tell you straight away whether it works and what it costs.
Do you export?
Yes — export consignments are arranged on enquiry, and we have traded to the UAE, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Ghana, Oman and Nepal. Other destinations are quoted on enquiry.
